1 — Reaching out
However you get in touch, the first step is simply being heard.
2 — Understanding your options
We talk through what support exists, in plain language, with no pressure to decide anything on the spot.
3 — Referral and follow-up
If you want it, we make a warm introduction to a specialist service and check in afterwards.
How this programme is measured
You receive your own cohort data. We publish the aggregate, including the results that are not flattering.
Number of people supported and referred, tracked respectfully and never shared without consent
Feedback sought from people who use this service, on their own terms
Keeping people safe
Non-negotiable and identical across every programme. Our safeguarding and child protection policies are available on request.
Confidential by default; information is never shared without consent, unless someone is in immediate danger
Staff and volunteers are trained in trauma-informed practice
